Qualifications

  • Bachelor’ degree in Information Technology ,Business English, Business Management or related filed
  • 1+ years experience in document control, administrator or related filed
  • Good command in English.
  • Good computer skills ( Office, E-mail)
  • Good interpersonal relationship and work under pressure

Job Responsibilities

  • Receipt and Dispatch of Company, Contractors and suppliers materials to and from company to the require location.
  • Checking all Work Orders, Purchase Order or Contract Receipts plus rental or loan equipment the point of receipt.
  • Prepare requisitions, shipping, receiving, and transferring pick listing, repair and other documents as required.
  • Moves materials into stacking area on the racks on receipt from the Receiving Bay.
  • Create PR & WR, direct order for assigned responsible shop.
  • Maintain document control in shared folder or shared point as required to support the team.
  • Assist in work request and special project assigned by Supervisor in executing various activities.
  • Monitor, track and update the information or performance tracking as required for OWS.
  • Consolidate and prepare reports on monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Issue shipping document for ship equipment to filed & outsource.
  • Issue Inventory turn in material document to Songkhla.
